Membership

We issue refunds only in case when you upgraded your membership from Silver ticket to Gold and forgot to cancel previous mandatory payments. Marathons and courses (separately purchased)

As you are getting full access to the platform and all materials right away, we do not issue refunds for this type of product. Pay attention, that terms and conditions may apply, read the course’s description carefully.

Lessons

If you purchased the Voucher before our free trial meeting (Interview) and during it, we figured out that: 1) it is uncomfortable for one of us/both to work together; 2) we can’t find the time, which works for both of us; then do not worry, your money is fully refundable.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. If you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products, please contact us for assistance.
