SPIN 4: UPPER-INTERMEDIATE

After the Spin 4 you can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite successful. You will be able to hold your own effectively in social discourse and understand in detail what is said to you in the standard spoken language even in a noisy environment. You will be able to produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

A new degree of language awareness appears. You are able to correct mistakes if they have led to misunderstandings, can make a note of “favorite mistakes” and can correct slips and errors if you become conscious of them.

The course is taught in Russian with English grammar explanations.
