How to stop automatic payments
Our Membership is a subscription-based service. When you subscribe to our membership, the website automatically creates a subscription that is linked to your account.
Even if you cancel your automatic payment, your membership will stay active for the remainder of the subscription period. If your membership expires sooner than that, please contact us and we will reactivate it for you.
PayPal
1. Paid through your PayPal account.
You would have received a payment notification from PayPal if you paid with your PayPal balance. Follow this link or log into your PayPal account and manage your payment.
Log into your PayPal recurring payments page. (https://paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/)
Click on “Show Active”.
Click on CARUSEL.ME (our company name) and “Cancel”.
2. Checked out as a guest (without logging in).
If you purchased the membership as a guest, please contact us.
We will cancel your subscription for you.
We can only process the cancelation during our business hours, so please note that it might take some time until your subscription is fully canceled if you send us a request on the weekend or holidays.
